At Ridhima Jewels, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Being a Ludhiana-based brand, we ensure a fast and transparent return process for all our customers.

 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange if you are not satisfied with the product.

Conditions for a Successful Return

To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure:

  • The jewelry is unused and in its original condition.

  • The item is in its original packaging (box and tags included).

  • You have the invoice or proof of purchase.

Local Returns (Ludhiana Advantage)

Since we are located in Ludhiana, you have two easy options:

  1. Direct Exchange: You can visit us in Ludhiana to exchange your item instantly and see our collection in person.

  2. Fast Pickup: We can arrange a quick return pickup from your Ludhiana address within 24 – 48 hours.

What cannot be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Nose Pins & Earrings (unless they arrive damaged).

  • Items on Final Sale or special clearance discounts.

 Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 24 hours.

  • Note: We request you to record a simple unboxing video when you first open your package. This helps us replace your damaged item immediately without any questions.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the item at our Ludhiana office, we will inspect it.

  • Your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days via UPI or Bank Transfer.
